Tokens & Billing

Manage or Cancel a Subscription

Subscription management should be simple: check the live status, understand when access changes, and use the dedicated cancellation control if you do not want another renewal.

#Review the live subscription status

Open SettingsSubscription. In the screenshot below, read the plan name, Active status, Next Charge, and payment details before you change anything.

If you want a different plan or more tokens, use View Plans / Manage from there.

Status route: Settings → Subscription

This tab displays tier, billing information, next charge or access-until data, and eligible transaction details.

Cancellation is not deletion: Future renewal stops

Your account, chats, and profile are not deleted by cancelling a subscription.

#Cancel future renewal from Settings

Scroll to Cancel Subscription. In the screenshot below, click Terminate Subscription only after you understand that renewal stops and access lasts until the period ends.

Do not delete your account as a substitute for cancelling — those are different actions.

Cancellation state: cancelling

After a successful termination request, the UI marks the subscription as cancelling and keeps access through the current period.

Plan and top-up route: View Plans or Manage → Subscriptions & Tokens

Use the live quote when changing an active plan because eligibility can be account-specific.

Choose the control that matches your intent

Do not use an account-level destructive action to solve a billing decision. The visible confirmation and status fields tell you the effect of the action you selected.

Common questions

Quick answers

Where do I cancel a subscription?

Open Settings, select Subscription, and use the cancellation control shown for an active subscription.

Can I still use an active subscription after I cancel renewal?

The live Settings status shows the access period for your account after a cancellation request.

Where is Terminate Subscription?

Settings → Subscription, in the cancellation area for an active plan.

What does Terminating mean?

Future renewal has been cancelled. Check Access Until for the remaining access period.

Does cancellation delete the account?

No. Account deletion is a separate action in Settings → Profile.

Where do I find the current price, balance, or eligibility?

Use the live feature and checkout screens. They show the current token cost, plan quote, payment options, and account eligibility before an action is confirmed.

Should I rely on an old payment or pricing screenshot?

No. Prices, invoice instructions, and account eligibility can change. Use the current page in your account before you purchase or send a payment.

What payment details should never appear in a support screenshot?

Remove wallet addresses, QR codes, invoice or transaction IDs, amounts, dates, balances, emails, and any account identifiers unless official support explicitly asks for a specific item.

What is the safe next step when a payment or balance does not look right?

Do not create duplicate purchases or reuse payment details. Follow the product's transaction-specific route, then contact support with the minimal non-sensitive information needed to investigate.
