Account & Support

Settings & Account Security

Settings keeps account decisions in one place. Use it for normal profile changes, then slow down for anything that changes access, data, or payment status.

#Profile and password controls

The profile area lets you review and update the information that identifies your account in the product. Password controls are kept in Settings so account security actions are separate from normal chat use.

Use a unique password and keep your login information private. If you are using a shared device, sign out when you are finished and avoid saving credentials in a browser you do not control.

Profile tab: Display name, password, sign out, Delete Account

Password reset sends an email to the account address; profile saving updates the visible account name.

Referral tab: Invite link, progress, and reward terms

Copy the dedicated link instead of sharing a screenshot of the dashboard.

#Subscription, memory, and history controls

Settings also brings together the subscription summary, transaction details available to your account, memory storage information, and history-management controls.

In the screenshot below, use the tabs — Profile, Subscription, Referral, Wipe History — and pick the one that matches the job before you change anything.

Subscription tab: Plan status, cancellation, transactions

Use it to verify subscription state before changing billing or starting a cancellation.

Wipe History tab: Memory storage, per-chat wipe, Global Wipe

This is the only tab built for removing chat data. Each action has a different scope.

Settings tab map

The tab map is a practical safety check. If the page title does not match the action you intend to take, stop before confirming anything.

SubscriptionPlan tier, status, cancellation, and transaction history where available.Deleting the account or clearing a conversation.
ReferralThe account-specific invite link and Invite/Converted/Pending/Earned progress.A generic public link or a payment receipt.
Wipe HistoryMemory capacity, Clear memory, per-chat history deletion, and Global Wipe.A normal preference or a way to switch topics.

#Handle permanent actions with care

Under Profile → Account Actions, the screenshot below shows Delete Account. That is permanent and separate from cancelling a subscription.

Read the named scope, verify you are in the correct account, and only then confirm. If something looks unfamiliar, stop and contact support.

#Wipe History holds memory and conversation wipes

On Wipe History, the screenshot below shows Memory storage and the wipe actions on the same tab — different scopes.

ManageClear memory resets remembered context. A full wipe removes the conversation. Delete Account stays under Profile → Account Actions.

Common questions

Quick answers

Where is the referral link?

Settings → Referral.

Where is recent payment history?

Settings → Subscription, for eligible active subscriptions.

Where is Clear memory?

Settings → Wipe History → Memory storage → Manage.

What makes a support report actionable?

Name the page, the exact control you selected, what happened, the visible error or state, and whether it still happens after a refresh. A cropped screenshot is useful when it shows those details safely.

When should I use a dedicated guide instead of guessing in Settings?

Use the linked guide whenever the action changes data, billing, memory, or account access. It explains the scope of the control before you confirm it.

Can I share a full account dashboard or private chat to explain a problem?

Avoid it. Share only the smallest crop that demonstrates the issue, with personal, financial, referral, and conversation details removed.

How do I check if an instruction is still current?

Confirm the relevant control in the live product. For released changes, review the Changelog and the guide linked from that entry.
