Refund & Cancellation Policy
Operator: INM · Effective: April 24, 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to purchases made through Mistress.to and related checkout flows operated by INM ("we," "us," or "our"). It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms.
1. Unified token economy
The Service uses a unified virtual token economy. Tokens are the in-service currency used to access AI chat, premium features, tributes, and certain in-experience actions. Two primary sources fund your spendable balance:
- Tribute tokens (paid top-up balance): tokens you purchase as one-time packages or similar "top-up" products. These credits are applied to your paid token balance and may be spent according to Service rules in effect at purchase.
- Subscription tokens (recurring allowance): tokens granted as part of an active recurring subscription tier or bundled subscription product. Subscription tokens are subject to refresh, caps, or forfeiture rules displayed at purchase and may differ from tribute tokens (for example, periodic reset rather than indefinite rollover).
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, tribute tokens and subscription tokens are software entitlements and digital credits, not bank deposits, stored-value instruments regulated as money, or property with extrinsic cash value outside the Service.
2. All sales final; no refunds
Purchases of tribute token packages and recurring subscription products (including any subscription token allowance granted as part of such subscription) are final. Once tokens are credited or subscription access is activated, you receive immediate digital goods and consume hosted AI processing, bandwidth, and third-party inference capacity.
Due to the immediate access to digital goods and AI processing resources, all sales are strictly non-refundable.
Without limiting the foregoing, we do not provide refunds for: partial billing periods; unused, expired, or forfeited tokens; dissatisfaction with AI outputs; account termination for breach; voluntary account closure; duplicate purchases; or failure to cancel before a renewal charge, except where mandated by non-waivable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
3. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal, we may suspend or terminate your account, revoke remaining tokens, and block future purchases. We will present evidence of delivery to payment partners as permitted by law and network rules.
4. Canceling recurring subscriptions
Users may cancel their subscription at any time via the billing portal in their dashboard, or by contacting CCBill consumer support directly. Cancellations stop futurerecurring charges in accordance with CCBill's processing timelines and any notice periods shown in the billing portal. No prorated refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle or any prior cycle. You will typically retain access through the end of the period you already paid for, after which subscription benefits and any unused subscription-token allowance for that cycle may expire according to Service rules.
If you cancel, you remain responsible for all charges incurred before cancellation is confirmed. You are responsible for keeping your payment method and email contact current so renewal notices and receipts reach you.
5. Price and policy changes
We may change token packages, subscription tiers, pricing, or this Policy. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted.
