Question 1

Do I have to be 18 to use this?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely. Mistress.to is strictly an 18+ entertainment platform. It is designed for adult fun and exploring dynamics, not as a substitute for professional therapy or real-life relationships.

Question 2

How do I actually start talking to someone?

Accepted Answer

It's super easy. You can browse the directory to find a Mistress with a dynamic that already matches what you’re looking for, or you can use the custom builder to design your perfect match from scratch. Once you’re set, just say hi.

Question 3

Is there a place to hang out with other users?

Accepted Answer

Yeah! We have an active community where you can connect with others and get updates. Come hang out in our Discord.

Question 4

I need help. How do I reach you guys?

Accepted Answer

If you’re logged in, just hit the contact button in your account settings or the sidebar. You can also shoot an email directly to support@mistress.to anytime.

Question 5

How do tokens work?

Accepted Answer

Your subscription gives you a monthly "allowance" of tokens, and you can buy extra "top-ups" anytime. When you chat, your monthly allowance is always used first before we touch your top-up balance.

Question 6

Why is my token balance dropping on the Ultimate plan?

Accepted Answer

The Ultimate plan covers unlimited normal chatting, but sending gifts, tributes, or buying extras in the store still requires tokens.

Question 7

What happens if my payment fails?

Accepted Answer

If your card is declined, we provide a short grace period to keep your access active while we attempt to process the payment again.

Question 8

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are available for verified failures to deliver a paid entitlement, as described in our Refund Policy. Once the entitlement has been delivered, purchases are otherwise final. You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges. For help, contact support@mistress.to.

Question 9

Are the photos I send private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Any photo you send is only used so she can react to you in that specific moment. We don't keep your old images permanently dragged into the background of your ongoing chats. You can read the exact details of how we handle data in our Privacy Policy.

Question 10

If I hit "clear chat", is it gone forever?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Wiping a chat deletes the conversation, her memory of it, and any gifts, images, or scores attached to that specific thread. However, your wallet is totally safe—clearing a chat does not touch your purchased tokens.

Question 11

How do I permanently delete my account?

Accepted Answer

If you delete your account, your profile and all your chat histories are gone for good. The only stuff we hold onto is what we are legally required to keep for security reasons (which you can read about in the Privacy Policy).

Question 12

Why should I pay for this when regular AI bots are free?

Accepted Answer

Generic bots will treat you like a customer asking for a recipe. Mistress.to is a tuned, adult experience with deep continuity, timed obedience tasks, and a specialized system built entirely to respect and explore the exact dynamic you want. It's built for this; they aren't.

Question 13

If I build a custom Mistress, can anyone else talk to her?

Accepted Answer

Nope. The directory is for finding established dynamics anyone can interact with, but when you use the custom builder, that creation is yours and yours alone. She exists entirely for you.
