#Start from the purchase flow
Choose a product in Subscriptions & Tokens. At Payment Method in the screenshot below, select crypto when it is enabled for that product.
You are then handed off to the hosted invoice. Use only that active invoice — never reuse a wallet address, amount, or reference from an older payment.
Crypto discount: 5% off the catalog price
The checkout calculates the final crypto price from the product's current listed price.Safe entry: Subscriptions & Tokens → payment method → crypto
Create the invoice from the purchase you intend to complete, then follow only that invoice's instructions.Treat each invoice as a one-time instruction
Use the live hosted invoice for the exact product you selected. The application and payment provider use its status to determine fulfillment.
| Situation | Correct action | Do not do this |
|---|---|---|
| Crypto is available | Read the final amount and payment instructions on the newly created hosted invoice. | Reuse a wallet address or amount from an older invoice. |
| Crypto option is missing | Check whether the discounted final price reaches the $19.95 minimum, then choose an eligible product or card. | Assume a lower-priced package is eligible because its pre-discount price looks close. |
| Payment is partial or incomplete | Use the product's transaction-specific resume route and preserve the original purchase context. | Start random duplicate purchases or send additional funds by guesswork. |
| Support needs evidence | Share only the requested minimal reference through official support. | Post or upload invoice IDs, QR codes, wallet addresses, amounts, or transaction details publicly. |
#Treat the invoice status as the payment record
After you choose crypto, the screenshot below shows the handoff to the hosted invoice. Follow the exact amount and payment instructions on that page.
Payment networks can take time to confirm — do not open several new invoices for the same purchase unless the product says the earlier one is dead. When fulfillment completes, Mistress.to adds the access or tokens.
Minimum after discount: $19.95
Products below that final amount cannot use the hosted crypto option. The checkout tells you to choose a larger plan or card.Never reuse: Wallet address, amount, QR code, or invoice ID
Open the transaction-specific incomplete-payment route if the original payment needs attention.Crypto payments cannot be safely corrected by guessing. Use the exact hosted invoice instructions and contact support if the status does not make sense.
#If a payment is incomplete or partially paid
Mistress.to can show an incomplete-payment route when an invoice needs attention. Open the transaction link supplied by the product and follow the displayed next step. If you need help, include the transaction reference only through the official support path, never in a public message or social post.
For subscription status and cancellation, see Manage Subscription.
#An invoice is a one-time payment instruction
The hosted invoice contains payment instructions for one transaction. Its address, amount, and state are not reusable account settings. If a payment is partial or incomplete, return through the Mistress.to transaction-specific route instead of creating a random replacement payment. That preserves the original purchase context.
