Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Mistress.to website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by INM Conquests("we," "us," or "our") at 15 North Park Rd., Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Adult-only service; age requirement

The Service is intended solely for adults and may include sexually explicit, fetish, or BDSM-themed AI interactions. You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under eighteen (18), you must not access or use the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under eighteen (18). Providing false age information constitutes a material breach and may result in immediate termination. Age confirmation on entry is a self-attestation. We may require additional verification steps where we reasonably believe it is necessary for safety, compliance, or payment-processor requirements.

2. Nature of the Service; entertainment only

The Service provides AI-generated conversational and related digital content for private adult entertainment, which may include text chat, voice or call features, images, video, and similar synthetic media. Characters, dialogue, scenarios, and outputs are synthetic and do not represent real individuals, factual events, professional advice (including medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice), or safe or advisable conduct in the physical world. You are solely responsible for how you interpret or act on any content.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate registration information, safeguard your credentials, and notify us of unauthorized access. You must not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law;
• Harass, threaten, or harm others, or encourage self-harm or violence against others;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service or other users' access;
• Circumvent billing, token, or access controls;
• Share, resell, or commercially exploit your account or entitlements without our prior written consent;
• Use the Service to generate, solicit, store, or distribute illegal content (see Section 6).

4. Tokens, subscriptions, and payments

Virtual tokens, subscriptions, Lifetime Premium Plus, and other digital entitlements are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated by reference. Except for verified delivery failures under that Policy, or refunds required by applicable law, purchases are final once the paid entitlement is delivered to your account. All card and cryptocurrency payments are processed by Centrobill. Disliking AI output, style, or results is not a basis for a refund.

From time to time we may offer a paid introductory Premium Plus price (for example, a short introductory period at a reduced amount, then automatic renewal at the then-current monthly Premium Plus price). Introductory offers are shown clearly at checkout, including the intro price, intro length, and the recurring price that applies after the intro. Card intros renew automatically through Centrobill unless you cancel before the next charge date shown in Settings. Introductory offers are typically limited to first-time subscribers and may be card-only.

Lifetime Premium Plus promotion

From time to time, we may offer a limited Lifetime Premium Plus promotional purchase. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, "lifetime" means access for the lifetime of your individual account while the Service and the Premium Plus offering remain available, subject to these Terms, continued account good standing, acceptable use, payment completion, and any changes required by law, payment processors, safety obligations, or material Service changes.

Lifetime Premium Plus is personal, non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be resold, assigned, shared, or converted into another product except at our discretion. The promotion does not guarantee that every current feature, model, token price, content type, third-party provider, or availability level will remain unchanged forever. We may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue features as needed to operate the Service, maintain safety, comply with law, manage provider availability, or prevent abuse.

The promotional purchase includes Premium Plus account access and a monthly grant of subscription tokens while the lifetime entitlement remains valid. Unused tokens, token grant timing, billing records, taxes, foreign exchange estimates, payment processor fees, refunds, chargebacks, account termination, and abuse consequences remain governed by these Terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Once Lifetime access is activated on your account, the purchase is final except for a verified delivery failure under the Refund & Cancellation Policy or a refund required by law. If your account is suspended or terminated for breach, fraud, chargeback abuse, prohibited content, or other misuse, the lifetime entitlement and any unused tokens may be revoked without refund to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. Massive limitation of liability regarding AI-generated content

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE, ALL AI-GENERATED OUTPUT, AND ALL RELATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY, "AS IS," AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, ALL OF WHICH ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AI OUTPUT MAY BE INACCURATE, OFFENSIVE, INCONSISTENT, OR OTHERWISE UNDESIRABLE; DOES NOT REFLECT REALITY; AND DOES NOT CREATE A PROFESSIONAL OR FIDUCIARY RELATIONSHIP OF ANY KIND. We do not endorse user prompts or model outputs and do not guarantee that outputs will comply with your preferences or community standards.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL INM CONQUESTS, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE; (B) ANY INTERACTION WITH OR RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT; (C) ANY EMOTIONAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL RESPONSE, DISTRESS, ADDICTION-LIKE USE PATTERNS, OR IMPACT ON RELATIONSHIPS OR MENTAL HEALTH ALLEGEDLY CAUSED OR INFLUENCED BY THE SERVICE; (D) ANY DECISION YOU MAKE BASED ON AI OUTPUT; OR (E) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT OR DATA, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (I) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (II) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), IF NO FEES WERE PAID. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

You agree that any claim must be brought individually and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Prohibited content; zero tolerance for child exploitation material

You must not use the Service to create, request, solicit, upload, transmit, or store any content that is illegal under applicable law. Without limitation, you are strictly prohibited from generating, describing, simulating, or requesting any sexual content involving minors, including fictional, animated, or "age-regressed" depictions, or any content that sexualizes children or child exploitation material ("CSAM") in any form.

We may use technical and human measures to detect abuse, including automated moderation tools. If we reasonably believe you have violated this Section, we may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, and without refund of any fees or unused tokens, preserve relevant records, and cooperate with law enforcement and child-safety organizations as required or permitted by law. We may also block associated payment methods, devices, or identifiers.

7. Intellectual property; copyright complaints

We and our licensors own the Service, branding, and underlying software. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment. AI outputs are licensed to you on the same limited basis for personal use only, unless we expressly state otherwise in writing. You grant us a license to host, process, and display your inputs solely to operate and improve the Service, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] with: (a) identification of the work and the allegedly infringing material and its URL or location; (b) your contact information; (c) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (d) a statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act. We may remove or disable access to material and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

8. Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless INM Conquests and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

9. Modifications; termination

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms and update the effective date. For material changes, we may also provide notice to the email associated with your account where practical. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. We may suspend or terminate access for convenience or for breach. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including limitations of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute resolution) will survive termination.

10. Governing law; disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence that cannot be waived, you agree that the courts of Ontario, Canada have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
