#Your controls are in Settings
Open Settings. In the screenshot below, select the Wipe History tab before you touch memory or conversation controls — confirm the tab label matches.
Availability can differ by account state or plan. Use the labels on screen as your source of truth.

A conversation can have saved memory and message history. Clearing a chat memory removes the stored memory for that chat while keeping the messages. Wiping a conversation history removes the conversation itself and its associated memory.
Choose the smaller action when you only want to reset what a character remembers. Choose the larger action when you want to remove the full conversation. Both actions are intentionally confirmed before they run.

It is a permanent Profile action, not a subscription cancellation shortcut.Pick the smallest action that solves the problem
Read the confirmation wording before you approve a destructive action. Similar labels have intentionally different scope.

Deletion and wipe actions are designed to be permanent. Check the scope named in the confirmation before you continue.

#Open Memory storage, then Manage
Still on Wipe History, find the Memory storage card in the screenshot below. Read the capacity message, then click Manage to open per-chat controls.
Do not click a full wipe yet if you only want to reset what one character remembers.
#Clear memory for one chat
Inside Manage, the screenshot below shows a chat row with Clear memory. Click that when you want to remove stored facts and visual memories for that chat only — the messages stay.
Wipe History is broader: it removes the conversation and its memory. Use the smallest action that solves the problem.
The confirmation tells you whether you are clearing remembered context or removing the full conversation.
