Creator Program Terms

Operator: INM Conquests · Effective: August 31, 2026

These Creator Program Terms govern participation in the Mistress.to Creator Program operated by INM Conquests, located at 15 North Park Rd., Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. By applying, accepting approval, submitting creator materials, or approving a character for publication, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and approval

You must be at least 18, legally able to contract, provide accurate information, and control the rights needed for every identity, likeness, name, image, recording, direction, and other material you submit. Applications are manually reviewed and acceptance is not guaranteed. Approved creators are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of the Company.

2. Verification and creator account

Before publication or payout, we may require private identity, age, tax, address, payment-destination, likeness-authority, or other compliance verification. Raw identity documents are not intended to be stored in the product database. You must protect the separate business email and password used for the creator portal and promptly report unauthorized access.

3. Character creation and authorization

You grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable license during Program participation to use, reproduce, adapt, display, generate from, and make available your approved creator materials solely to build, operate, market, and support the approved Mistress.to character and Program. You retain ownership of your pre-existing rights and materials.

No character may publish until the approved revision is presented to and approved by you. Optional voice functionality requires a separate verified approval. You may request reviewed edits and may pause the character through the portal. Edits are not live until approved. Pause stops new Program earnings but does not erase accounting, legal, fraud, security, or compliance records.

4. Tribute commission

You earn 90% of the reference value of eligible paid-token tributes sent to your live official character. The initial reference value is $10 USD per 1,000 eligible tokens, making the creator share $9 USD per 1,000. Eligible tokens must originate from a qualifying paid product and be traceable through our server-side token ledger. Free, promotional, bonus, legacy-unclassified, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible tokens do not qualify.

5. Lifetime revenue share

You earn 30% of the configured net revenue base on qualifying completed purchases by newly created customers attributed to your creator profile or tracked creator link. A creator visit can remain eligible for up to 90 days, the latest valid creator touch wins, and attribution locks when the customer account is created. Self-attribution is prohibited.

The net revenue base is determined per product after configured taxes, payment and platform fees, discounts, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, and the reserve associated with tribute-eligible tokens. This reserve prevents the same economic value from earning both tribute commission and revenue share. A product with a missing, disabled, zero, or not-yet-effective creator rule earns no revenue share. Our server-side records control attribution, eligibility, and calculations.

6. Relationship to the affiliate program

The Creator Program and Affiliate Program are separate. A valid creator attribution takes precedence over affiliate attribution for the same new customer signup. A customer, transaction, token grant, or tribute may not be double-attributed or double-paid. Participation in one program does not automatically approve participation in the other.

7. Holds, reversals, and payouts

Earnings remain pending for 30 days. Pending earnings become available after validation, subject to refunds, disputes, chargebacks, fraud, compliance, and these Terms. The minimum payout is $100 USD. Available balances are reviewed monthly and may be paid by PayPal or a supported cryptocurrency. Accurate payout details and any requested tax or compliance information are required.

We may void pending earnings, create a negative ledger adjustment, offset future earnings, delay payout during review, or recover overpayments where underlying activity is reversed, invalid, fraudulent, miscalculated, or obtained in breach. Creator ledger values may preserve fractions smaller than one cent; payout occurs in whole payable currency units and any supported remainder carries forward.

8. Creator conduct and boundaries

You must not submit infringing, deceptive, unlawful, non-consensual, hateful, violent, or age-inappropriate material; impersonate another person; conceal material rights disputes; manipulate attribution; create fake customers; purchase through your own attribution; or encourage fraud or chargebacks. Any content involving minors, youthful-looking persons, or minor-associated sexual scenarios is prohibited with zero tolerance.

9. Suspension, pause, and termination

You may pause participation. We may suspend or terminate a creator, remove a character, or disable attribution where identity, rights, safety, fraud, legal, platform, payment, or reputational risk exists. Unless law or a confirmed breach permits otherwise, validated available earnings accrued before termination remain payable under the ordinary payout rules. Sections needed for accounting, rights, disputes, enforcement, and compliance survive termination.

10. Privacy, publicity, and confidentiality

Our Privacy Policy applies to Program data. You authorize public use of the approved creator or stage name, approved character presentation, and approved promotional materials while the character is live. Keep non-public product, customer, earnings, security, and operational information confidential.

11. Liability, changes, and governing law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Program is provided as is. You will indemnify the Company and its personnel against claims and reasonable costs arising from your submitted materials, rights breach, unlawful conduct, fraud, or violation of these Terms. Our aggregate Creator Program liability will not exceed Creator Program amounts paid to you during the three months before the claim.

We may change future Program economics, product rules, or these Terms with notice where required. These Terms are supplemented by the Terms of Service, governed by Ontario and applicable federal Canadian law, and subject to the courts of Ontario, except for mandatory rights that cannot be waived.
