Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Terms") govern participation in the Mistress.to Affiliate Program (the "Program") operated by INM Conquests("we," "us," or "Company"), located at 15 North Park Rd., Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. They apply when an applicant submits an application, accepts these Terms, or promotes Mistress.to after approval.

1. Eligibility and relationship

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, legally able to contract, and provide complete and accurate information. You are an independent contractor, not our employee, agent, partner, franchisee, or representative. You may not bind the Company or imply that you have authority to do so.

You are responsible for ensuring that your promotions, audiences, landing pages, and traffic sources comply with applicable law, advertising rules, privacy requirements, age-gating requirements, and platform rules in every jurisdiction where you operate.

2. Approval and affiliate accounts

Applications are reviewed manually. Acceptance is not guaranteed. If approved, you receive a private affiliate-only portal account and a tracking link. We may suspend or terminate participation where we reasonably believe traffic, content, account information, or conduct creates legal, fraud, safety, or reputational risk.

3. Attribution and commission

3.1 Attribution

• Our standard attribution model is last-click within a 90-day cookie window.
• Attribution locks when a referred person first creates a customer account.
• Our server-side records control Program attribution and payout decisions.
• Self-referrals and purchases by the Affiliate, household members, employees, or related parties are prohibited.

3.2 Commission models

• RevShare:42% of gross qualifying completed payments for the life of each referred customer, beginning with that customer's first qualifying completed payment.
• CPA:55% of the referred customer's first qualifying completed payment only, capped at $70 USD per referred customer.

Your approved model appears in your portal. Qualifying payments include completed subscription, renewal, token-pack, upgrade, flash-offer, and lifetime purchases. Cancelled, refunded, disputed, charged-back, fraudulent, or otherwise reversed payments do not qualify.

3.3 Holds, clawbacks, and disputes

New commissions remain pending for thirty (30) days before becoming payable. We may cancel a pending commission or claw back a payable or paid commission where the underlying transaction is refunded, charged back, fraudulent, invalid, or obtained in breach of these Terms. A negative balance may be applied against future payouts.

4. Payouts

The minimum payout threshold is $100 USD. Payouts are manually reviewed and issued after the end of a calendar month for payable balances, subject to fraud and compliance review. Available methods are PayPal or cryptocurrency as shown in the affiliate portal. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details; payout-destination changes require our verification before payment.

We may request identity, tax, address, invoice, wallet-ownership, or other compliance information before releasing funds. Failure to provide requested information can delay or prevent payout, and we may withhold unpaid balances until compliance is satisfied. You remain responsible for your own taxes and reporting obligations.

5. Prohibited promotion

You may not, directly or indirectly:

• Use bot traffic, fake accounts, cookie stuffing, hidden frames, forced redirects, click fraud, or spam.
• Offer cashback, rewards, compensation, or other incentives for a person to use your link without our written approval.
• Bid on Mistress.to or confusingly similar brand terms in paid search, use them in domains or social handles, or impersonate the Company.
• Make false, misleading, unsubstantiated, or unauthorized claims about the Company or Service.
• Promote through unlawful, harmful, infringing, non-consensual, hateful, violent, or age-inappropriate content.
• Use, depict, sexualize, reference, or target minors, youthful-looking persons, or minor-associated sexual scenarios in any promotional material. This is zero tolerance.
• Use a real person's name, likeness, voice, deepfake, or claimed endorsement without documented written permission.

6. Audit and enforcement

We may request your active or historical creative, landing page, traffic-source, or campaign information to verify compliance. You must provide requested materials within five business days. We may suspend payouts during a review and terminate an account, withhold unpaid commissions as permitted by law, or seek recovery for confirmed fraud or material breach.

7. Confidentiality and changes

Do not disclose non-public Program information, other affiliates' information, or internal payment data. We may change the Program, rates for future referrals, or these Terms with notice where required. Continued participation after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Liability and indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless INM Conquests and its personnel from claims, losses, penalties, and reasonable legal costs arising from your promotional content, traffic, breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, privacy violation, or infringement of another person's rights.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS," AND OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THE PROGRAM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL COMMISSIONS ACTUALLY PAID TO YOU IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

9. Governing law; Mistress.to terms; contact

These Terms are supplemented by the Mistress.to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. They are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory protections that cannot be waived, the courts of Ontario, Canada have exclusive jurisdiction over Program disputes.
